Services are grounded in a neurodiversity-affirming, strengths-based approach and may be helpful for individuals navigating autism, ADHD, learning differences, anxiety, depression, executive-functioning difficulties, life transitions, and other emotional or developmental concerns.
Neurodiversity-affirming care recognizes that differences in attention, communication, sensory processing, executive functioning, learning, and social interaction are part of human neurological diversity.
The goal is not to make someone appear more “typical” or to eliminate a person's neurotype. Instead, care focuses on understanding the individual's experiences, strengths, challenges, support needs, and goals.
At Neurodiversity Consultants LLC, this may include identifying helpful accommodations, developing practical coping and regulation strategies, strengthening communication, understanding patterns of overwhelm, and building on existing strengths.
Individual therapy is an ongoing collaborative process focused on emotional well-being, coping, self-understanding, relationships, executive functioning, life challenges, and personal goals.
Psychological testing is a structured evaluation process designed to better understand patterns in areas such as attention, learning, cognitive functioning, social communication, executive functioning, emotional functioning, and everyday functioning.
Testing may result in diagnostic clarification when appropriate, along with a detailed understanding of strengths and support needs and individualized recommendations.
Neurodiversity Consultants LLC currently provides comprehensive evaluations in three primary areas:
- Autism Testing

Evaluations are individualized based on the person's age, concerns, history, and referral questions.
Depending on the reason for testing, an evaluation may include interviews, record review, standardized assessment measures, cognitive testing, academic testing, attention and executive-functioning measures, questionnaires, and assessment of emotional or behavioral functioning.

Neurodiversity Consultants LLC provides comprehensive, neurodiversity-affirming autism evaluations for children, adolescents, and adults.
The purpose of the evaluation is not to determine how closely someone can appear neurotypical. Instead, the assessment seeks to understand the individual's profile as accurately and respectfully as possible, including communication, sensory processing, social interaction, attention, executive functioning, emotional regulation, everyday functioning, strengths, support needs, and possible masking or compensatory strategies.
Yes.
Neurodiversity Consultants LLC provides comprehensive ADHD evaluations for children, adolescents, and adults.
ADHD assessment looks beyond a simple symptom checklist. Depending on the referral questions, testing may examine attention, executive functioning, working memory, processing speed, emotional functioning, cognitive patterns, and possible overlapping concerns.
The evaluation may also consider whether experiences associated with ADHD could be influenced by or occur alongside autism, anxiety, depression, trauma-related symptoms, learning differences, sleep difficulties, or other executive-functioning challenges.
Yes.
Neurodiversity Consultants LLC provides neurodiversity-affirming evaluations for learning differences and Specific Learning Disorders, including concerns involving:
- reading and dyslexia
- written expression and dysgraphia-related concerns
- mathematics and dyscalculia
- related academic and learning difficulties
Evaluations may be appropriate for school-age children, adolescents, college students, and adults when clinically indicated.
A comprehensive learning evaluation looks not only at academic difficulties but also at the person's cognitive strengths, learning profile, attention, executive functioning, working memory, processing speed, and other factors that may affect learning.
Yes.
A formal diagnosis is not required to begin individual therapy at Neurodiversity Consultants LLC.
You may already identify as neurodivergent, be questioning whether you are neurodivergent, have an established diagnosis, or simply be looking for a psychologist who approaches therapy with curiosity, respect, and a strengths-based perspective.
Therapy is individualized around your experiences, needs, strengths, and goals rather than being dependent on a specific diagnostic label.
Neurodiversity Consultants LLC is a private-pay/self-pay practice and does not bill insurance directly.
Services are out of network with all insurance plans, and payment is expected at the time of service.
A superbill can be provided upon request for clients who wish to seek possible out-of-network reimbursement from their insurance company.
Because insurance plans vary, reimbursement is not guaranteed. You are encouraged to contact your insurance carrier directly to ask about your out-of-network mental-health benefits, deductible, reimbursement requirements, and any documentation your plan may require.
Neurodiversity Consultants LLC cannot see individuals with Medicaid or Medicare due to federal regulations.
A superbill is a detailed receipt that contains information you may submit to your insurance company when requesting possible out-of-network reimbursement.
Neurodiversity Consultants LLC can provide a superbill upon request.
Your insurance company determines whether any portion of the service is reimbursable. Neurodiversity Consultants LLC cannot guarantee reimbursement, so it is important to contact your insurance carrier directly to understand your specific out-of-network benefits and requirements.
Individual Therapy
Initial Intake Appointment: $200
Ongoing Individual Therapy: $150 per clinical hour
Psychological Evaluations
Initial Evaluation Appointment: $200
Additional Assessment Services: $150 per hour
Typical Comprehensive Evaluation: approximately $1,850–$2,600
The final cost of a psychological evaluation depends on the individual's clinical needs and the scope of testing required.
Because each evaluation is individualized, you will receive an estimate before proceeding with comprehensive testing.
Payment is expected at the time of service. Neurodiversity Consultants LLC currently accepts credit and debit cards.
After the evaluation is completed, you will receive a feedback session to review the findings and ask questions.
You will also receive a comprehensive written psychological report explaining the results in understandable language.
Depending on the type of evaluation, the report may include:
- diagnostic clarification when appropriate
- an explanation of strengths and areas of difficulty
- an individualized strengths-and-needs profile
- personalized recommendations
- recommendations for therapy or other services
- strategies for executive functioning or everyday functioning
- suggested school, college, or workplace supports when appropriate
- recommendations for accommodations when clinically appropriate
A psychological report may help support requests for accommodations or services, but schools, employers, testing organizations, insurance companies, and other institutions make their own eligibility and approval decisions.

After the pre-screener is reviewed, if Neurodiversity Consultants LLC appears to be an appropriate fit, you may receive an email with a link to complete the initial paperwork. You may also be contacted for additional information or, when appropriate, provided with a referral to another provider.
