Neurodiversity Consultants LLC is a private-pay/self-pay practice and does not bill insurance directly. Services are out of network with all insurance. Payment is expected at the time of service.
A superbill (detailed receipt) can be provided for potential out-of-network reimbursement. Reimbursement is not guaranteed, so I encourage you to contact your insurance carrier directly to learn about your out-of-network benefits, deductible, reimbursement requirements, and any documentation your plan may require.

Evaluation Fees
The final cost of an evaluation depends on individual clinical needs and the scope of assessment. The typical range above may apply to comprehensive Autism Testing, ADHD Testing, and Learning Disorder Testing.
Medicare & Medicaid
I cannot see anyone with Medicaid or Medicare due to federal regulations.
